THE DORRIGO EASTER ART EXHIBITION THEME IS:

Shape of things

Opening night 17th april, 2019 through to saturday 27th april, 2019

Founded in 1990, the DEAE celebrates our area’s wonderful artistic talent in an exhibition open to everyone living on The Dorrigo Plateau. The Plateau is a large area and includes the village communities of Maynard’s Plains at Mountain Top through Dorrigo township, Fernbrook and Deer Vale to Ebor in the west; Cascade and Megan to the north-east, North Dorrigo, Paddy’s Plains, Bostobrick, Hernani, and Dundurrabin to the north-west. The DEAE brings together all these communities on the Dorrigo Plateau.

This year’s theme is “The Shape of Things”. A Youth Exhibition will be included and the exhibition encompasses NSW School Holidays and Anzac Day. An entry fee will apply. If you would like to submit an entry to the Exhibition, please click here for the Dorrigo Easter Art Exhibition Entry Form and the Conditions of Entry.

Since its inception, the DEAE has become a flagship event of the area, attracting over 2,000 visitors a year. Initiated by the Dorrigo Visual Arts Group, the exhibition is now organised by a subcommittee of the Arts Council of The Dorrigo, Inc.
